0- SWITCH OFF 24V on GPIO
1- CONNECT THE USB Blaster II on J9 (10-pins header) FPGA-PROG connector
2- OPEN QUARTUS II PRIME PROGRAMMER (see below for download)
3- BUTTON 'Hardware SETUP...' : select 'USB-BLASTER' in list
4- SELECT Mode : 'ACTIVE SERIAL PROGRAMMING'
5- BUTTON 'Add File...' : select the .pof file in the FPGA version directory
6- CHECK boxes : 'Program/Configure' + 'Verify' + 'BlankCheck'
7- SWITCH ON 24V on GPIO
8- BUTTON 'START'
9- SWITCH OFF 24V on GPIO
10- DISCONNECT THE USB Blaster II on J9 (10-pins header) FPGA-PROG connector
11- OPEN UNIGE GUI AND VERIFY that version corresponds to the FPGA version you've downloaded
